Our operational bottleneck wasn't finding clients—it was safely preparing documents. We were manually printing out 100-page policies to physically blackline Social Security Numbers and financial routing details, then rescanning them to meet basic compliance before emailing them to third-party auditors.

The Solution: Building Our Own Architecture

The Pivot: Launching the SaaS
