• Document Metadata: File sizes and processing types (e.g., "Merge", "Redact") for billing telemetry. We do not extract, parse, or retain the internal content, PII, or structure of the uploaded PDFs.

3. Document Processing & Zero Retention

When you upload a PDF for redaction, merging, signing, or compression:

• The file is transmitted via TLS 1.3 encryption.
• Processing occurs entirely within isolated volatile memory (RAM) containers.
• Once the session concludes or the processed file is downloaded, the original asset and the output file are permanently purged from our servers. We retain no backups of your uploaded documents.

4. Use of Data

SD Insurance Brokers uses the collected account telemetry data for various limited purposes:

• To provide, maintain, and support our Service.
• To notify you about changes to our Service or API endpoints.
• To provide customer support and corporate sales inquiries.
• To detect, prevent and address technical routing issues.

We explicitly never use your Account Data or Document Data to train proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) or Machine Learning (ML) models.
