Subscription & Refund Policy

Because the SD Brokers PDF Editor is a digital B2B software-as-a-service (SaaS) utility, no physical goods are shipped. Therefore, traditional physical "shipping" policies do not apply. Instead, this document outlines our delivery of digital service, billing mechanics, and strict Refund Policy.
The 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If the PDF Redaction, Signing, or Merging engines fail to meet your agency's compliance, speed, or accuracy requirements, we offer an unconditional full refund within the first 14 days of your initial subscription purchase (Solo or Agency Tier). No complex paperwork, no hidden retention fees.
1. Delivery of SaaS Application (Digital "Shipping")
Upon successful authorization of your payment method (processed via secure, PCI-compliant gateways), your agency application environment is instantly provisioned. "Delivery" is defined as immediate digital access to our premium TLS-secured dashboard and API endpoints. Account access details will be sent to the associated administrative corporate email address simultaneously.
2. Recurring Subscriptions & Cancellation
The Service is billed on a Subscription basis ("Subscriptions"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (either monthly or annually, depending on the tier chosen at checkout).
- Your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless specifically canceled.
- You may cancel your Subscription renewal at any time directly through the SaaS Billing Dashboard or by contacting saas-support@sdinsurancebrokers.com.
- Once canceled, your agency will retain access to the platform until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
3. Conditions for Generating a Refund
Outside of the 14-day absolute guarantee for new accounts, SD Insurance Brokers issues refunds strictly under the following conditions:
- Catastrophic API Failure: For Enterprise clients, if our Uptime Server SLA dips beneath the contracted 99.9%, pro-rated credits or partial refunds are automatically calculated and issued.
- Double Billing Errors: Systemic processing errors resulting in duplicate charges for a single billing cycle will be fully refunded within 3-5 business days upon auditing the transaction history.
- Annual Plan Prorations: If you cancel an annual commitment within the first 30 days, you will be refunded the remaining 11 months, charged only at the standard monthly rate for the active period.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
We do not issue refunds for:
- Partial months of service usage for standard monthly recurring plans after the initial 14-day window.
- A lapse in usage (e.g., "We forgot to cancel but haven't uploaded a PDF in 3 months").
- Enterprise Account setup fees, which cover the manual labor required to deploy isolated server instances and establish SAML/SSO architecture.
5. How to Initiate a Refund Request
To exercise your right to a refund under the 14-Day Guarantee or report a billing discrepancy, the administrative account holder MUST:
- Email our billing department: saas-support@sdinsurancebrokers.com
- Include the associated "Agency/Company Name" and the transaction ID from the Stripe receipt.
- State the reason briefly (e.g., "Failed integration", "Unused trial period").
Approved refunds are routed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 standard corporate banking days.
